Central Location and Attentive Service
central location helpful staff rooftop restaurant fresh water
The hotel's location near Ponte Vecchio allowed easy access to main attractions. I found the staff to be consistently helpful. The rooftop restaurant featured wonderful tuscan food with rooftop views. My room included fresh water provided daily.
The elevator was small, requiring navigating fifteen stairs to reach it, which might be challenging for some guests with heavy luggage.

Reception staff booked a taxi to the airport, and it arrived exactly as scheduled, a real relief. Personnel ensured i had help with luggage, made arrival smoother. The service throughout the stay was attentive and reliable.

Breakfast included fresh fruit and yogurt. a nice selection of healthy options. The breakfast room was attractive and comfortable. The roof top restaurant offers tuscan food with rooftop views. A unique dining experience.

The fifth floor living room provides a picturesque space with books and city views. This hotel offered comfy beds, which contributed positively to rest. I found the location offered easy walking distance to many sights.
